Join us for a fun and interactive afternoon with Ocean State Oyster Co. as we bring Oyster University to JG Charcuterie. Guests will learn the art of oyster shucking in a hands-on experience designed for beginners and oyster lovers alike.
Each guest will receive their own oyster shucking setup including oysters, a protective glove, shucking knife, and guided instruction throughout the class. You’ll learn proper shucking techniques, tips on sourcing and serving oysters, and all the little details that make oysters feel approachable and fun.
