Create Your Own Charcuterie Board

Cost: $65 per person (includes all materials and 8” platter)
This 1-hour interactive workshop guides you through building your own charcuterie board using artisan cheeses, cured meats, crackers, fresh fruit, edible flowers, and chocolate treats. You'll enjoy a beautifully styled grazing and build station, create your board on an 8" palm leaf platter to take home, and receive one complimentary glass of Champagne. You'll also take home a cheat sheet with tips and tricks for future reference. The class includes Q&A opportunities to help you fine-tune your new craft, along with tailored packaging to ensure safe delivery of your board once you leave the workshop.
